we1wim VIP tiers are reviewed monthly based on your rolling 30-day cumulative deposits. If your betting activity falls below the minimum threshold for your current tier during that period, your tier may be adjusted downward. However, we provide a 7-day grace period with advance notice via SMS and email before any downgrade takes effect, giving you time to maintain your VIP status.

VIP Points have no expiry date as long as your account remains active. An account is considered active if there is at least one deposit or wager transaction within any 90-day period.
